GAIP with MARP at Performing Mobilities

October 20, 2015

Elnaz Sheshgelani and Jordan White outside ACCA Southbank. Performing Mobilities event October 10, 2015.

Invited to join Anthony Pelchen's Malaysian Australian Raft Project in a collaborative performance.

The spirit of the day was articulated well by a young woman with a hula-hoop who, whilst waiting for a tram, and upon noticing the shenanigans, decided to come over and take her hoop for a spin in amongst the remaining performers scattered across the forecourt. She knew nothing of the event accept she felt welcomed and energized by the invitational and motivated energies circulating the space. The spirit of the day was articulated well by a young woman with a hula-hoop who, whilst waiting for a tram, and upon noticing the shenanigans, decided to come over and take her hoop for a spin in amongst the remaining performers scattered across the forecourt. We also acknowledge and pay our respects to the original inhabitants of the lands we pass through during our performance collaborations and do our utmost to care for these places.
