General Assembly of Interested Parties and Testing Grounds presents; 'A General Assembly of Interested Parties [again]' 12 October, 2014.
An 8 hour event at Testing Grounds, 1 City Rd., Southbank, Melbourne.
General Assembly of Interested Parties and Melaka Art and Performance Festival (Malaysia) presented four groups of performers (co-ordinated by artistic director Tony Yap) in four different locations around the festival site, for an approximate duration of one hour on 23 November, 2014.

GAIP and Melaka Art and Performance Festival presented a collaborative improvised sound performance, Towards A New Moon, on 22 November, 2014.
This event was intended to be presented by Domenico De Clario (and with myself, Ren Walters, other friends and local musicians). Domenico was unable to make the event so we held a sounding instead, somehow paying homage to his original intent. The performers were gathered together just prior to the event.

The performance is dedicated to the memory of Domenico's father.

General Assembly of Interested Parties and Melaka Art and Performance Festival (Malaysia) presented Ren Walters' MAPPING event with Juana Beltrán, Jill Orr, Tony Yap, Meredith Elton, Gita Kinanthi on 22 November, 2014.
"The original planned performance was unable to proceed leading me to rearrange concept and performers. Of course this enabled me to be responsive to the current conditions of my life and context. The passing of my uncle, best friend and father in the past year, still felt strongly, inevitably flowed into this performance for me and was taken up by the extraordinarily sensitive friends (some of whom I'd just met) who made this a memorable experience."
